SHIPPING

WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE?

USPS GROUND SHIPPING

Orders typically take one business day to process. USPS Ground usually delivers within three to five business days after taking possession of the package, depending on your proximity to our motivational workout gear distribution center in Wyndmoor, PA.

USPS 2-DAY SHIPPING

Orders typically take one business day to process. USPS 2-day usually delivers within two business days after taking possession of the package, however, Hawaii and Alaska require additional transit time.

USPS NEXT BUSINESS DAY

Orders typically take one business day to process. USPS Next Business Day usually delivers within one business day after taking possession of the package, however, Hawaii and Alaska require additional transit time. We try to prioritize next business day orders for same-day processing if received by 11 am PST. Our overnight option does not include weekends. (Ex: An overnight order of a pair of motivational fitness socks that ships on Friday should arrive the following Monday.)

WHERE DOES MY ORDER SHIP FROM?

We ship from our warehouse located in Wyndmoor, PA. Please allow one to two business days for your order to process.

CAN I SHIP MY MOTIVATIONAL SOCKS TO AN APO/FPO ADDRESS?

Yes, you can ship to an APO/FPO. However, economy shipping is the only option that can deliver to these locations.

Please be aware of extended delivery times to APO/FPO addresses.

DO YOU OFFER FREE SHIPPING ON YOUR MOTIVATIONAL WORKOUT GEAR?

We offer free shipping on orders over $50.00 The cost will automatically be discounted upon checkout.

Free shipping does not apply to international orders at this time.

CAN I SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes, we can ship our athletic socks internationally but shipping rates may vary.

ORDERS

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

US Customers: You can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation. Shipping confirmations are sent out in the afternoon on the day the order ships out.

International Customers: You can track your order through the link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

CAN I MAKE A CHANGE TO MY ORDER?

If you realize that you have made a mistake when ordering your motivational workout socks within an hour of placing an order, please call customer service at 215-948-3194 immediately or email info@inspyrgear.com and we will do our best to make the changes.

DO YOU PROVIDE GIFT WRAPPING OR CAN I INCLUDE NOTES WITH MY ORDER?

We do not offer gift wrapping or notes at this time. However, we are working hard to make these available soon so you can gift our mens and women's athletic socks to your friends and family!

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

For international customers, you must use PayPal.

DO YOU CHARGE A SALES TAX?

Only orders shipping to Pennsylvania will be charged a sales tax.

DO YOU CUSTOMIZE YOUR WORKOUT GEAR?

At one time, we did customize our products but we found that our core mission of empowering people was being lost, so we stopped.

DOES INSPYR DO LICENSING DEALS?

Yes, mostly with our larger non-profit family but shoot us a message with your thoughts and we will consider them all. Remember, the answer is always no until you ask.

DOES INSPYR SELL THEIR INSPIRATIONAL SOCKS WHOLESALE?

Yes, we do. If you want to feature our motivational socks with quotes in your retail shop, drop us line at info@inspyrgear.com or contact us here and an Inspyrer will get right back to you with cool info.

WILL INSPYR HELP ME TO OVERCOME ODDS?

Inspyr can not help you physically overcome the obstacles in front of you but we can help with a reminder to stay focused, persistent and healthy. (Plus, our men's and women's athletic socks are truly made for athletes, so they will keep your feet dry and comfortable all day.) 

WHY IS THE LOGO HIDDEN FROM VIEW ON THE SOCKS?

Our swallow logo is our crest and those that wear the brand are part of a close-knit family that does not flaunt who we are but holds it close inside.

IF I WEAR INSPYR GEAR, WILL I FEEL DIFFERENT?

Some members have said that Inpsyr has helped to define who they are now and what they will become tomorrow. In some shape or form, Inspyr's inspirational socks can empower you. You have to decide for yourself what that feels like.

WHEN I WEAR THE INSPYR BRAND WILL I BECOME A SUPERHERO?

We get this question on a daily basis and all we can say is, “That is up to you.”
