Low Impact Ways to Stay Fit

If you’re training to lose weight, you need to stay in the mid-to-high range of your personal heart rate zone to make the most impact. That means you need to work out at about 60-80% of your max heart rate to start burning calories. And for some people, this version of a high-impact workout just isn’t an option. 

High impact workouts should be avoided when:
